The Cruxshadows is a Chart topping Darkwave/New Wave/Goth Pop band from the United States. As an independent project (formerly signed to a major label in Europe), The Cruxshadows is centered around its unique creator and visionary band leader Rogue. For decades the band has been producing dance floor, alternative radio, and internet hits for its widely diverse fan base. From early emotionally innovative songs like Marilyn, My Bitterness and Monsters in the 1990s, to Winterborn, Sophia, and Birthday in the 2000’s, to Valkyrie and Quicksilver in the 2010’s, all the way up to their most recent chart toppers like Helios, Singularities, and Home- (just to name a few), The Cruxshadows have been a consistent and enduring force in independent music.

The themes, while often dark in their expression, resonate with hope, triumph, redemption, and universal significance that stand like a beacon against a world fraught with hatred, intolerance, close mindedness, and tribalism. The Cruxshadows refuses to become a party to the politics of the day, preferring to encourage everyone with concepts of fundamental truth, forgiveness, and understanding; This is well summed in the Bands iconic mantra- LIVE LOVE BE BELIEVE.
The music of CXS (That’s an abbreviation for The Cruxshadows) is a unique presentation of Keyboards, synthesizers, and drum/bass programming blended with e-drums, electric guitars, and two instantly recognizable electric violins- all drawn together beneath the passionate, mythology inspired, intellectual and yet emotional lyrics of Rogue and his unmistakable voice. The Cruxshadows sound like only one thing… The Cruxshadows.
